Restorative Justice Circles

Restorative Justice is a community protocol where people engage in a safe space to share out and learn more about themselves, colleagues, and reactions to company and current events. We often use this in companies to learn more about how we can better engage employees and create a more inclusive work environment.

Circle planning, norming, and implementation can help companies get to the root of their problems around employee retention, diversity and inclusion conversations, and general unrest after harm has been done to the company's community and/or team morale.

If you want to learn more about how these circles can help you and your team have tough conversations, please reach out. No topic is too big or too small to engage with.
